As a Sales Executive – Customer Delight, you will handle leads generated through our digital platforms. Your main responsibility will be to call potential customers and convert them into sales. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore, India. The salary for this position is 6 lakhs per annum. We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of experience in a sales role.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure every lead is properly managed. You will monitor leads that are generated through the platform and take quick action. You will engage with potential customers over phone calls and guide them through the sales process. Your focus will be on building trust and closing deals. You will also ensure that all lead information is updated in the CRM system.
- You will monitor platform-generated leads and contact them through structured tele calling.
- You will qualify potential customers and convert high-potential leads into confirmed sales.
- You will handle customer questions and overcome objections in a professional manner.
- You will update and manage lead status using Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
- You will meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
Required Skills and Knowledge
To succeed in this role, you should have practical sales experience and strong communication skills. You must be comfortable speaking with customers and managing follow-ups. We are looking for someone who understands the sales cycle and works with discipline. Experience with CRM tools is essential for this position.
- You have at least two years of experience in a sales or tele calling role.
- You have experience converting leads into sales through structured follow-ups.
- You are confident using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
- You have strong verbal communication skills and active listening ability.
