About the Role

We are looking for a Store Leader to own and elevate our EV Experience Center. This role goes beyond traditional showroom management—you will be responsible for delivering a world-class, premium customer experience, driving high-quality conversions, and building a strong brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Brand Ownership

  • Deliver a seamless, consultative buying experience for every customer
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating customers on EV adoption, technology, and benefits
  • Ensure the store reflects premium standards in design, cleanliness, and engagement

Sales Leadership

  • Own revenue targets and drive high conversion rates from walk-ins and appointments
  • Lead structured sales journeys (discovery → demo → test ride → closure)
  • Optimize customer funnel and reduce drop-offs

Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Instill a customer-first, high-performance culture
  • Conduct regular coaching, reviews, and performance tracking

Operations Excellence

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory, test rides, and deliveries
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage and data-driven decision making
  • Maintain strong coordination with supply, service, and marketing teams

Community & Growth

  • Drive local brand visibility through events, partnerships, and activations
  • Build relationships with key community stakeholders and EV enthusiasts
  • Gather on-ground insights to improve product and customer experience

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in retail/showroom leadership (automobile, EV, or premium retail preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the EV ecosystem (vehicles, batteries, charging infra, subsidies)
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving aggressive sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and customer handling skills
  • High ownership mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience in premium retail / experience centers is a strong plus
