About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead battery sales in the EV ecosystem. This role involves working closely with OEMs, fleet operators, dealers, and channel partners to drive adoption of high-performance EV battery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of EV batteries across B2B segments (OEMs, fleet operators, dealers).
  • Identify and onboard new customers and distribution partners.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Educate clients on battery performance, lifecycle, safety, and cost benefits.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for seamless deployment.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales (EV, batteries, automotive, or energy sector preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lithium-ion batteries, charging infra, and EV ecosystem
  • Experience in B2B / enterprise sales is a strong plus
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage field sales
  • Highly target-driven and execution-focused
