Our vehicles help businesses reduce fuel costs, increase profitability, and improve daily operations through affordable electric mobility solutions. Our customers include dairy operators, water suppliers, kirana stores, wholesalers, logistics operators, delivery businesses, and small fleet owners.

We are looking for a hands-on revenue leader who can build and scale a commercial vehicle business from the ground up.

Role Summary

The VP Revenue & Growth will own the entire revenue engine of Flextron.
This role goes beyond sales management. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead generation, marketing ROI, showroom productivity, fleet sales, franchise growth, channel partnerships, financing partnerships, and achievement of monthly revenue targets.

The primary objective is to scale Flextron to 300+ vehicle sales per month in Bangalore while maintaining strong unit economics and profitable customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and execute the growth strategy for Bangalore.
  • Develop a roadmap to achieve 300+ vehicle sales per month.
  • Drive predictable revenue growth across all channels.

Demand Generation

  • Own lead generation strategy and performance.
  • Determine investment allocation across digital and offline channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition through field sales, partnerships, activations, referrals, and performance marketing.
  • Continuously improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Team Leadership

  • Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Instill a customer-first, high-performance culture
  • Conduct regular coaching, reviews, and performance tracking

Marketing ROI & Analytics

  • Own acquisition metrics including:
    Cost Per Lead (CPL)
    Cost Per Test Ride
    Cost Per Booking
    Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
    Conversion Rates
    Revenue per Channel
  • Build attribution systems and channel performance dashboards.
  • Optimize marketing spend based on ROI.

Retail & Franchise Operations

  • Drive performance of company-owned showrooms.
  • Develop showroom productivity standards.
  • Identify and onboard high-quality franchise partners.
  • Create franchise operating systems and sales processes.

Commercial & Fleet Sales

  • Develop relationships with:
    Fleet operators
    Logistics companies
    Delivery businesses
    MSME customers
    Institutional buyers
  • Build and manage B2B sales pipelines.

Team Building

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales teams.
  • Establish a performance-driven sales culture.
  • Build systems for forecasting, reporting, and accountability.

The candidate must be comfortable selling ROI, savings, productivity, and business outcomes.
