About the Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead battery sales in the EV ecosystem. This role involves working closely with OEMs, fleet operators, dealers, and channel partners to drive adoption of high-performance EV battery solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of EV batteries across B2B segments (OEMs, fleet operators, dealers).
- Identify and onboard new customers and distribution partners.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Educate clients on battery performance, lifecycle, safety, and cost benefits.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for seamless deployment.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (EV, batteries, automotive, or energy sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of lithium-ion batteries, charging infra, and EV ecosystem
- Experience in B2B / enterprise sales is a strong plus
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales
- Highly target-driven and execution-focused
