About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive electric vehicle (EV) bike sales both at the showroom and through on-ground activations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the EV ecosystem and be passionate about sustainable mobility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of EV bikes through showroom walk-ins and field activities
  • Engage with customers to understand their mobility needs and recommend suitable EV solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test rides
  • Generate leads through on-ground campaigns, events, and local outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Stay updated on EV trends, competitors, and government policies/subsidies
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and customer interactions

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales (automobile/EV experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the EV ecosystem (charging, range, subsidies, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work both in showroom and on-field sales activities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and energetic
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
