As a Performance Marketer for Google Ads, you will take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns for automotive brands. You will focus on generating quality leads and improving return on investment. You will work closely with internal teams and brand stakeholders to align campaign goals with business targets. This is an on-site role based in Bangalore, India, offering a salary between 7 to 8 lakhs per annum.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage paid campaigns that directly impact lead generation and sales growth. You will analyse data daily and adjust strategies to improve performance. You will work with structured budgets and ensure that every campaign delivers measurable value. Your role will require strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of the automotive customer journey.
- You will plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified leads for automotive brands.
- You will conduct in-depth keyword research using Google Keyword Planner and other tools.
- You will manage search, display, and Performance Max campaigns to maximize conversions.
- You will monitor conversion tracking, integrate CRM data, and ensure accurate reporting.
- You will analyse performance metrics and improve ROI through bid strategies and A/B testing.
Required Skills and Knowledge
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in performance marketing. You must be confident in handling budgets and driving measurable growth. We are looking for someone who understands automotive lead generation and can work independently. You should be comfortable using analytics tools and making data-driven decisions.
- You have at least three years of experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in Google Ads.
- You have hands-on experience using Google Keyword Planner for structured keyword research.
- You understand campaign management, audience targeting, and bid optimization strategies.
- You have experience generating leads for automotive brands through paid search campaigns.
- You are skilled in Google Analytics, reporting tools, and conversion tracking setup.
- Excellent understanding of content creation workflows and design coordination.
