As a Branch Manager, you will oversee complete branch operations and sales performance. You will manage both B2B and B2C sales activities. You will work closely with dealers, OEM partners, and internal teams. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore, India. The salary for this position is 7 lakhs per annum. We are looking for professionals with a minimum of four years of experience in automotive or EV sales and operations.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

In this role, you will take ownership of branch performance and ensure sales targets are achieved. You will manage daily operations and guide your team toward structured execution. You will coordinate with dealers and channel partners to improve market reach. Your focus will be on EV sales growth, customer onboarding, and operational efficiency. You will also ensure smooth communication between OEM partners and the branch.

  • You will manage branch operations, including sales, process flow, and reporting.
  • You will drive electric vehicle sales, including two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments.
  • You will coordinate with dealers and OEM partners to ensure smooth dealership sales management.
  • You will supervise field sales activities and support local market expansion.
  • You will monitor leads, update CRM and DMS systems, and review Sales MIS reports.

Required Skills and Knowledge

To succeed in this role, you must have strong leadership and operational skills. You should understand the EV and automotive market in depth. We are looking for someone who can manage both people and processes. You must be confident in handling customer escalations and ensuring high service standards. Experience with structured sales systems is essential.

  • You have at least four years of experience in automotive or EV branch management.
  • You have proven experience in area sales management and territory handling.
  • You are experienced in dealer coordination, channel partner management, and OEM coordination.
  • You are skilled in CRM management, Dealer Management Systems, and lead tracking.
  • You have strong team leadership skills and experience in B2B and B2C sales.
