About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Analyst to lead brand building, digital campaigns, and public relations for our rapidly growing EV and battery technology company.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing social media platforms, running online advertising campaigns, and developing brand strategies for D2C or product-based companies.
This role blends creativity and analytics — driving brand presence across digital and offline channels while maintaining a strong growth focus.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Communication
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy aligned with company goals and product positioning.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice, identity, and narrative across all media.
- Manage brand storytelling, ensuring all visuals, videos, and communication reflect innovation and trust.
- Support product launches, press releases, and marketing campaigns for new battery and EV products.
- Work with PR agencies, creative vendors, and media partners for outreach and collaborations.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Manage all social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) with engaging and strategic content.
- Develop and schedule posts, videos, and campaigns that communicate technology, brand values, and customer impact.
- Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics to continuously optimize content.
- Coordinate with the design team or vendors to produce visual content, product photography, and videos.
Performance & Digital Marketing
- Plan and run online ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Analyze campaign data and optimize for CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROI
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic reach and visibility.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to assess and report campaign performance.
Offline & Event Marketing
- Support offline marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and partner events.
- Coordinate creation of marketing collaterals, brochures, and display materials.
- Execute local outreach campaigns and customer engagement activities for product adoption.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain and manage vendor relationships (creative agencies, ad agencies, printers, event vendors).
- Prepare monthly marketing reports highlighting performance metrics and upcoming campaigns.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing for a D2C or product-based company.
- Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and consumer engagement
- Proven experience running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of content creation workflows and design coordination.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage external vendors and agencies.
- Creative mindset with a balance of analytical and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools, Google Analytics, and MS Office/Sheets.
Desirable Attributes
- Prior experience in automotive, EV, or clean-tech sectors.
- Understanding of product storytelling and brand positioning for technology brands.
- Experience in product photography, video direction, or content scripting.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Notion.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment.
